The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Christmas markets! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Ibrahim, who made us feel right at home. Breakfast was such a treat! The only hiccup was some noise from the room next door, but they quickly moved us to a better spot. Overall, fantastic experience!

The on-site Be Bop Lobby Bar was a chill spot to unwind as I explored the neighborhood dining gems like Alcron Restaurant and Jin Yan Jiu Jia. Perfect post-sightseeing refuel!

On the flip side, the A/C could’ve been a bit more reliable during hotter months, and those walls weren’t exactly soundproof—let's just say I got to know my neighbors a little too well.

During my stay, I faced constant noise disruptions. The guests in the adjoining room played loud music until the early morning, making it difficult to rest. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, the noise persisted for two consecutive days, which was incredibly frustrating for me.

I could easily walk to many local attractions and find great dining options nearby. However, the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent during my stay, which made the room uncomfortably warm at times. The walls didn’t block noise very well, so I could hear some commotion from the hallway. The shower was quite small compared to the size of the bathroom, which felt a bit off. Despite these issues, the attentive service and overall atmosphere made it a pleasant stay. I would definitely return to this hotel for its charm and great location.

almanac x alcron is nicely located just off the main square, next to the lucerne. our room was very clean and modern. the breakfast was nice! i particularly enjoyed the high-speed wifi and nespresso coffee in my room. the friendly staff helped with luggage and made us feel welcomed.
